Paying for your Jewelry
Please note that thediamondoutlet.ca actively undertakes measures to prevent fraud from taking place on our website. As such we process your credit card information after your order has been filled.
All purchases from this site will appear on your statement as "ATG Diamond Outlet Inc."
All sensitive consumer data collected on this site is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction. Transaction information is transmitted in SSL encryption and is not disclosed to any other company.
thediamondoutlet.ca charges GST on all orders in Canada and HST in Ontario and other applicable provinces. For all purchases outside of Canada, the purchaser will be responsible for any local duty where no free trade agreement exists and any local taxes payable on delivery.
Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order and it is ready to be shipped, this payment will show on your statements as ATG Diamond Outlet Inc.

Fulfilling Your Order
We aim to ship all jewelry within 24 hours of receipt of the order and whenever possible we will send your order in the next available mail out (Monday - Friday). We are confident that we can fulfill the majority of our orders within 5 - 7 working days. If you need to know the expected delivery date of an item, please call or email us. We will also work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have.
However in some cases when we are tailoring the jewelry to your requirements or where we are having to manufacture or import the jewelry there could be a delay of several weeks. You will be notified if this is the case.
We will of course inform you of the expected arrival date of your order before deducting any sums of money from your credit or debit card. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order and it is ready to be shipped, this payment will show on your statements as All That Glitters Jewellery Ltd.
After you have placed your order we will verify your credit card details and process your order. You will be sent a confirmation email.
Please keep the email in a safe place as it will contain your order number and you should quote this number when you contact us here at thediamondoutlet.ca. We recommend that you print and retain a copy of the order confirmation.
Once the jewelry has been dispatched from our offices you will be sent a further email notifying you of how to track your order and when you should expect delivery to occur.

Delivery Of Your Jewelry -
We attempt to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Custom orders or out of stock items may be delayed. Items are shipped based on the option you have chosen, and any provided tracking number will be emailed to the address associated with your account. Items shipped general post are uninsured and not guaranteed by us for delivery. The customer accepts this risk when choosing general post as their shipping option.

Refunds and Returns

If an item is cheaper than when you purchased it we will not allow you to return the jewellery and re-order the same item within 30 days. We are of course happy to discuss any individual issues about this with you.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RINGS:
We are always happy to accept returns on unworn Ladies Rings between the sizes 6 and 9 and Men's Rings between the sizes of 9 and 12. If you order the wrong ring size we are happy to modify your ring to the correct size for only $15.
All eternity bands and rings outside of these sizes are special orders, and have been made especially for you and as such are not refundable or exchangeable.

Pricing
Prices stated on thediamondoutlet.ca are by default in US Dollars (USD) and are based on fluctuating metal prices. We endeavour to keep prices constant levels but we reserve the right to change prices at any time when the need arises. Once an item has been purchased and we have received payment for it we will always honour the price quoted. In the event of a pricing error, we will endeavour to honour the cheapest price but do reserve the right to cancel any order which would be uneconomic or where the price has been abused.

Unless stated these are guides only and can vary by a few percent.
